One of our recent viewers introduced us to Cowgirl Chocolates and I was curious to see just what these fine gals were all about. So I went and browsed around. The response from their customers says it all! From - Sonni McLaren warming up with “Yummy!!! Nothing like a nice cup of Spicy Hot Chocolate on a cool evening.” To – Gerald Zhang-Schmidt saying “My next baking experiment.. chocolate and chile pepper, nyomnyom. Don’t believe me? Try Cowgirl Chocolates!” We can clearly see that others are INSPirED by her passion. We sent her our ‘Tell Us All About You’ and this is what we got!! Some pretty awesome PiCs as well! [[Love && Cowgirls]] Check them out on Facebook or on the web here and tell them we sent you over!

How did Cowgirl Chocolates get started? – As a child my two most favorite things in the world next to my Mom were Chocolates and Art! I always loved art so I went to school to learn more and to become a teacher. As for the chocolates…My first job at 16 years old was in a local chocolate factory and I packed and sold chocolates and I eventually because of my art back ground sculpted 8 foot giant rabbits and other things for the company. This was in the 70’s and no one had done anything like it. There would be little bite marks on the sculptures where little kids would try to eat them. I realized the power of chocolate and the joy it brings to people and I liked that. As for my art…I was a pioneer in large-scale ceramic sculpture and have taught at some of the most prestigious universities and Art Schools in the country. My work is in museums and private collections and I have been written up in many publications
